Pepper Pointe is a Wendell subdivision that is absolutely adorable. It's close to downtown Wendell and it has this warm comfy feel to it. The homes in Pepper Point have nice front porches, workable yards - not too big, not to small and are placed to have a neighborly feel to them.

Pepper Pointe homes were built from 2004 up through 2009. The homes range in size from 1,600 square feet to about 3,300 square feet but most are in the mid 2,000 square foot range. There are both ranch homes and 2-story homes. Kitchens have granite and stainless steel. Homes have nice upgrades and attention to detail.

Pepper Pointe has easy access to downtown Wendell that is quickly becoming a little town with the best of old and new. It's just quick drive downtown Raleigh and all it has to offer.
